Dan Snaith’s 1000-song mixtape

From Dan Snaith, aka Manitoba/Caribou/Daphni, comes a true talisman of our age: a thousand YouTube videos for you to play at random.

I remember seeing Snaith perform at the old New City in downtown Edmonton, back in, oh, 2006 or 2007 (maybe?! I don’t know!) The openers were a couple up-and-coming bands you may know: Russian Futurists and Junior Boys. Snaith was a ways away from releasing the futuristically groovy Swim at this point, but I still remember dancing.

At the very least you’ll be able to jump around this milli-list and find some gems you had no idea existed. Enjoy!
